Abstract

A restaurant is a licensed premises which caters food and beverage according to the need of a customer. A restaurant can serve food and beverage of all kind, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage. A restaurant is a commercial outfit which specializes in the preparation of quality food and to serve them to satisfy the customer’s demands. The motto of every restaurant should be “Customers are our assets and satisfied customers are our source of wealth”.
