Abstract

All different utensils, equipment, and tools used in the kitchen for food preparation, cooking, and storage are together referred to as kitchen equipment. This covers everything, including dishwashers, refrigerators, and pots and pans. Kitchen equipment are the gadgets that can be used in the kitchen to make meals which includes an electric or gas range, counter-top cooking unit, hot plate, wall oven, microwave, convection oven, toaster oven, electric frying pan and electric wok.
