Abstract
Concept of service: "A service is an act or performance offered by one party to another." A service is an economic activity that creates values and provides benefits for customers. It is provided by a person who processes a particular skills, quality, competencies and learning aspects. Good service creates customer satisfaction. Excellent service creates customer loyalty in turn results to profitable and sustainable business growth. A service is an act or use for which a consumer, firm or government is willing to pay.
