Abstract
Organizational change refers to the actions in which a company or business alters a major component of its organization, i.e. culture, the underlying technologies or infrastructure it uses to operate, or its internal processes. It is the movement of an organization from one state of affairs to another. In simple terms, organizational change is about reviewing and modifying management structures and business processes. It occurs when business strategies or major sections of an organization are altered.
