Organisational behaviour is concerned with people’s thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions in a work setting. Organisational behaviour (OB) are generally the study and understanding of individual and group behaviour and patterns of structure in order to help improve organisational performance and effectiveness Organizational behaviour (often abbreviated OB) is a field of study that, investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behaviour within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization’s effectiveness
