Abstract

Entrepreneur plays an important role in firms business concept, where business plan alone cannot provide a difference in business but it is how the business implementation of the business operation is performed. Human Resource is one of the factors along with marketing and operational activities. Idea, creativity and innovation is not the only thing entrepreneur require. A TEAM and its assembly sends an important signal to potential investors, partners and employees.
