Abstract

Concept and qualities of leadership “Leadership is the process of directing and influencing the task-related activities of group members.” Leadership is the relationship in which one person influences others to work together willingly on related tasks to attain organizational goals. Leadership is the ability to persuade others to seek defined objectives enthusiastically. It is the human factor which binds a group together and motivates it towards goals. Leadership is an important element of directing function of management.
