Abstract

Managerial behavior refers to the actions, decisions, and interactions exhibited by individuals in managerial roles within an organization. It encompasses a wide range of activities that managers undertake to fulfill their responsibilities, achieve organizational goals, and effectively lead and coordinate the efforts of employees. Managerial behavior includes aspects such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling, communicating, problem-solving, decision-making, motivating, and evaluating performance.
