Abstract

Organizational structure specifies the work to be done and how to do it in regard to the strategy. It also defines the hierarchy, roles and responsibilities of the employees. It determines the processes used to complete organizational tasks to support the implementation of strategies. When the strategy is modified, it demands changes in organizational structure. “Change in strategy demand’s change in structure.”
