Abstract
Bread making can be said to be an art which carried out scientifically. The ingredients used in making bread should be of good quality, and also the optimum temperatures and humidity levels should be strictly maintained. How each ingredient should be treated while bread making will vary depending upon the quality of the ingredients and the place where it is made. Whether a standardized product with characteristic qualities can be obtained, will be determined by the treatment to the same product differently at different place.
