Abstract
Depending on the type of cleaning job, different kitchen cleaning chemicals are employed to address different cleaning needs. Chemicals, agitation, and time are all necessary for effective kitchen cleaning. Chemicals, such as detergents, agitating chemicals, and acids or alkalis are required to clean food or dirt from the kitchen. Disinfectants and sanitizers are needed for kitchen surfaces and appliances. Chemicals in oven cleaners, remove stains and molds are highly preferred.
