Invalid Cookery
Abstract
Invalid cooking is the cooking for the sick. The person who cook the food for the sick person are called diet chef. Much attention should be paid to this branch of cookery. The recovery of many sick people depends, to a great extent, on their being able to take a proper amount of nourishment. Patient/ guest wouldn’t be able to have the food unless the food is well cooked, and nicely served. For invalid cooking, the things that should be kept in mind that it should be easily digestible and more it should be cooked in clean and hygienic conditions.
