Milk is an emulsion of fat globules suspended in a water-based solution. It contains protein and carbohydrates along with other minerals. Lactose sugar is present in Milk. In several nations, cows are raised specifically on cattle ranches in order to provide milk. In addition, a wide variety of other animals are raised for their milk. This include horses, reindeer, yaks, camels, goats, sheep, and buffalo.
