Abstract

“Management is the art of getting things done though people” Management can be defined as the process of administering and controlling the affairs of the organization, irrespective of it's nature, type and size. In other words, management is a process of planning, decision making, organizing, leading, motivation and controlling the human resources, financial, physical and information resources of an organization to reach it's goals efficiently and effectively. The concept of management applies to all types of organization—public or private, social or commercial, profit-making or nonprofit making ---seeing to attain certain objectives.
