Abstract
Concept of Training “achieve change in behavior of trained employees” Planned programs designed to improve performance at the individual, group, and or organizational level. It is the organized procedure by which people learn knowledge and skills for a definite purpose. Training can be termed as following: process of learning, a sequence of programmed behavior. it is application of knowledge. it gives people an awareness of the rules and procedures to guide their behavior.
