Abstract

Quality is defined as the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar king; the degree of excellence of something. Good product quality doesn’t occur by accident, it is the result of intelligent efforts. “Quality is conformance to requirement.” Quality is the capability of products or service to knowingly satisfy those preconceived composite wants of the customers.
