Bulk Food Production
Abstract
When food is made to cater more number of persons, it is termed as bulk food production. There is no specific definition for Bulk Food Preparation but we can narrate it as “Any Food prepared for a number more than 25 can be termed as Bulk or Mass or Volume Food Production”. Bulk cooking is the production of food (well maintained taste, color and texture) in large quantity in advance as per the sequence of a cyclic menu (optional) for catering or a large group of people to minimize time, effort and cost.
