Abstract
Tandoor is a big clay oven used to prepare delectable meals such as tandoori chicken, kebabs, and naan. Tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven used for baking and cooking food, particularly meats, that is heated to a high temperature using wood or charcoal. The word "tandoor" originates from the Persian word "tanur," which itself comes from the Akkadian word "tinuru," meaning "mud oven."
